Melissa A. Novak, LCSW

Melissa (she/her) is a trauma-informed, licensed clinical social worker specializing in teenagers and adults who have in the past, or are currently experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, or serious and persistent mental illness. She has 25 years of experience working in mental health and has been a licensed clinician since 2001. Melissa utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), mindfulness, and expressive therapies (art, writing, play) to help clients find relief and reach their identified goals.

Laura R. Smith, LCSW

Laura (she/her) is a licensed clinical social worker who treats clients of any age from 4 to 84. Laura focuses on mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), childhood and school problems, panic attacks, Bipolar Disorder, life transitions, chronic illnesses, and other issues, to name just a few. Laura uses the appropriate therapy to achieve the goals of her clients: play, art, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), strength-based, person-centered, and family therapy.

Jayne X Praxis, LCSW

Jayne (she/they) is a trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing for 10 years. Jayne works with adults (18+) and focuses on LGTBQ+ and issues of gender and sexuality, Mood Disorders, life transitions, grief, among others. Jayne uses a variety of modalities to best suit the individual’s needs and has built a practice based on a foundation of Mindfulness, Transactional Analysis, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.

Jennifer Blum, LCSW

Jen (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in practice since 2018. As a general practitioner, she enjoys working with individuals throughout the lifespan from age 6 to geriatrics. Jen practices from a poly-theoretical perspective using a variety of treatment modalities to address the specific needs and circumstances of the individual.
