Melissa A. Novak, LCSW

Laura R. Smith, LCSW
Laura, (she/her) is a licensed clinical social worker who treats clients of any age from 4 to 84 with over 25 years experience. Laura focuses on mood disorders, anxiety, childhood and school problems, life transitions, chronic illness and other issues, to name just a few. Laura uses the appropriate therapy to achieve the goals of her client: play, art, cognitive behavioral therapy, strength based, person-centered and other necessary modalities.

Jayne X Praxis, LCSW
Jayne (she/they) is a trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing for 10 years. Jayne works with adults (18+) and focuses on LGTBQ+ and issues of gender and sexuality, Mood Disorders, life transitions, grief, among others. Jayne uses a variety of modalities to best suit the individual’s needs and has built a practice based on a foundation of Mindfulness, Transactional Analysis, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.

Jennifer Blum, LCSW
Jen (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in practice since 2018. As a general practitioner, she enjoys working with individuals throughout the lifespan from age 6 to geriatrics. Jen practices from a poly-theoretical perspective using a variety of treatment modalities to address the specific needs and circumstances of the individual.

Jordan Lamping, M.Ed, ATR-P, LPATA
Jordan (she/her) is an Associate-Licensed and Provisionally Board-Certified Art Therapist, a Nurturing Parenting Program facilitator, and Internationally Credentialed Sandtray Therapist (May 2025). As an Art Therapist, Jordan is specifically trained to help clients bridge the gap of communication and emotion through expressive connection, and is trained to formulate a unique intervention plan to meet each client’s individual needs. She utilizes both trauma-informed and person-centered approaches with her modalities, including but not limited to: Art Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. Jordan is accepting children aged 5-17 years of age and offers individual sessions, along with family sessions once the children are established clients. Jordan also utilizes her certification as a Nurturing Parenting Program facilitator to offer parents training sessions on alternative techniques to parenting and discipline to avoid/discontinue physical punishment.

Jena Gore, LCSW
Jena (she/her) is a trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with children 5-17 years old, families, and young adults. Jena treats the following but not limited to anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, trauma, and life transitions. She utilizes multiple therapy techniques including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Play, and Expressive (Sandtray & art) among others to help clients identify and understand issues. Jena prioritizes therapeutic alliance and rapport building to create a safe space in order to best support client needs.
